Education and Trainings

I am happy to educate and train companies, teams, organizations, etc. on how to be as inclusive and accepting to TGNC (Transgender and Gender Non-Conforming) people as possible.

I do not have a set price, as there are a lot of variables:

  • Will the session(s) be remote or in person?
    • If in person, will I need to travel, take off work, stay overnight, etc?
  • How many sessions will there be?
  • How many people will be at the session(s)?
    • If there are too many, I would want to bring in other people to make sure that all questions are fielded with the attention that they deserve.
      • Note: The people I would like to bring in are BIPOC TGNC people, so their rates would be higher to include a “Reparations Fee.”
  • How long will the session(s) be?
  • Will this be more of a speech with a Q&A at the end or a Roundtable Discussion?
  • Is your organization one that serves marginalized peoples, or does it have BIPOC, Disabled, Neurodivergent, and/or LGBTQIA2S+ people in leadership?
  • Is your organization a non-profit or community organization?
  • All of these things can impact the cost, so please reach out with as much detail as you have.
    • If you are still in the planning stages of the event, that’s fine too. We can work together to craft the best program for you and your organization.

Based on all of these details, we can work together to come up with a price.

Every training is unique, I will put my time, energy, lived experience, and love into creating the best and most beneficial program for you and your organization.

Website commissions

  • Building a site (non-storefront) from scratch will start at $600, which includes 5 hours of design and development and 1 hour1 of troubleshooting/maintenance after the site is live. If the site needs more work/design than that, the rate will be $75/hr in blocks of 4 hours ($300). Any time not used from a block will be banked for maintenance within the next year.
  • For Storefront sites, the hourly rate is $90. Maintenance for storefront sites can be purchased in blocks of 4 hours ($360). Any time not used from a block will be banked for maintenance within the next year.
  • For a Wiki, that would be on a case-by-case basis. Depending on how much data you have (and how it is formulated), pictures, etc. It will change how much work will be involved. If the wiki is already built and only data entry and organization are required, there will be a reduction.

  • The Painted Peach (Upcycling shop in Millbrook, NY)
  • Full-fledged wikis at multiple professional jobs. I have used different in-house systems, but the most recent I installed and built (managed and kept up to date for over 2 years) was for a school district with dozens of systems, 3000 users (600+ staff and 1500-2500 students), and PB of data. I used Wiki.js, my choice for wikis these days, as it is actively developed, well-thought-out, and customizable.
  • 10 to 15 different Non-Profits. Sites are no longer active.
